<p>In <a href="https://ada.memberlounge.app/discussions/post/updated-cdcp-dental-benefits-guide" target="_blank" rel="noopener">preparation for preauthorization coming into effect</a>, Health Canada and Sun Life will be hosting technical briefing sessions to allow providers and their staff to have the information they need. These technical briefings will provide an overview of the process for submitting a request for services that require preauthorization as well as the paper claims process.</p>
<p>To ensure maximum participation and to provide flexibility in dates and times, several technical briefings will be offered, per the table below. Please note that the same information will be shared at each of these sessions.</p>
